Great no pressure deal. Salesman James Brown did a great job in getting my payment where I needed it to be. This is the 5th truck I have purchased from Beach Ford. Funny thing is I went in for my 25,000 mile service and drove out with a new truck.
I recently had my F350 serviced at Beach Ford while I was visiting Myrtle Beach. I used the online scheduling tool to request a day and time for service. I received a call a short time later to let me know that they were fully booked that day. The service representative provided an alternate date that worked for me. Upon arrival, I was quickly booked in and my truck was taken quickly taken in. After inspection, the service technician recommended a new air filter in addition to the planned oil change. I ageed and the work was promptly completed. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

Didn't fix my car paid $385.00 for a sensor to be fixed. After another company couldn't fix it. Tried to have me bring it back for a tune up for $1100.00. Then thought I was stupid enough to purchase an escape for waaaayyy to much and a deposit, With a trade in. Ha ha ha ha ha ha.....

My review is simple and to the point KNOW YOUR VEHICLE read owners manual that way you are on the same page as the service advisor also due the routine maintenance dont wait till the car is not operating . Beach Ford/Lincoln have very knowledgeable sales and service staff , not like the corner mechanic or quick oil change places . Cars of today require techs that are educated in the Ford / Lincoln service and Beach Ford/ Lincoln has the techs. All my years I have never went any where but the manufacturer dealers and when I trade my vehicles in the dealers sell them as CERTIFIED because of maintaining
