We had a problem with dead battery and noticed back ceiling lights not going off in our Lincoln. They installed new battery, but also kept car for days, giving loaner to determine light issue so we wouldn’t have dead battery issue again. Charity Murphy was great, even followed up with call days after picked car up and didn’t overcharge us. Charity has restored our trust in using dealership repairs. This was my first oil change on my Ford Escape with Beach Ford. The people working there were very friendly and punctual. After waiting only a little over a half an hour a tire rotation in addition to the oil change was complete. The young man at the counter explained all the items they checked. Very thorough. A few months ago after moving here they also took care of me after getting a flat tire. I highly recommend going to them for your car maintenance.
