I brought my Boss 302 in to get the Track Key activated.The service department was great ! The tech activated the red key and flashed the P C M the car performs better than expected.l am 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend Beach Ford

My review is simple and to the point KNOW YOUR VEHICLE read owners manual that way you are on the same page as the service advisor also due the routine maintenance dont wait till the car is not operating . Beach Ford/Lincoln have very knowledgeable sales and service staff , not like the corner mechanic or quick oil change places . Cars of today require techs that are educated in the Ford / Lincoln service and Beach Ford/ Lincoln has the techs. All my years I have never went any where but the manufacturer dealers and when I trade my vehicles in the dealers sell them as CERTIFIED because of maintaining

I was very pleased with Beach Ford. My wife was in an accident and her car was totaled. So, we had a limited window to shop for a new vehicle. We researched pricing online and found a Certified Pre-owned at a very competitive price. The entire process was painless. We visited the dealership the day after the accident. I explained that we needed to wait for her car to be "officially" totaled (I was sure it was) before we could buy anything. Our salesperson, Faron, showed us a vehicle that was perfect. We drove it and he let us go without hassle or pressure. Three days later we received word that our previous vehicle was in fact totaled and we should proceed with buying another one. I called Faron and set up a time. We drove it again, went inside and worked out the paperwork. I couldn't ask for a better experience.Two important facts about my situation. I spend many years in the car business, so it was strange to sit on the other side of the desk. Believe me, they want to sell you a car, but they also care about getting you what you want and something you can afford. Second, I did some work for the owner of this company through my work. It was nice to be able to do business with someone who does business with you.Thank you,Ken
